Rhodes Focus

Keep the limits you choose.

Rhodes Focus helps you turn an intention like “no Reddit during work” into a rule that stays visible, explainable, and harder to casually abandon.

Private preview across companion apps and browser extensions

Practical control, not another timer.

Choose the websites or activities that pull you off course, define when access should change, and let Rhodes Focus enforce the rule you wrote.

Time and schedule rules

Block sites until a time, during work hours, on selected weekdays, or outside an allowed window.

Activity-aware blocking

Restrict distracting feeds while preserving useful paths such as search, music, or direct messages where supported.

Rhodes guidance

Create rules conversationally, understand why a block is active, and make deliberate appeals instead of reflexive exceptions.

Companion enforcement

The browser extension works with the Rhodes Focus companion app to evaluate current rules and show a clear block reason.

How it works

Choose the distraction

Name a site, category, feed, or activity you want to limit.

Define the condition

Use a schedule, time range, or another supported condition that matches the commitment you actually want.

See the rule enforced

When the condition applies, Rhodes Focus blocks the relevant page and explains which rule is active.

Change it deliberately

Stronger rules are easy to add. Weakening a commitment is intentionally more deliberate, with temporary access preferred over silently deleting the rule.

Data use should be understandable.

Rhodes Focus uses browsing activity to evaluate and explain the rules you chose. The current store release reads tab URLs and titles; it does not capture full page text.
